Yes — in Guided Hypnosis, you almost always remember everything that happens.
This is one of the key differences from traditional hypnotherapy, which often uses deeper trance states where memory can be incomplete. Because Guided Hypnosis works in a lighter, more conversational trance, you remain fully aware and present throughout. You’re speaking, responding, and actively participating — so the session feels more like a vivid, focused experience than something that happened to you while you were unconscious.
Some clients find that memories or emotions that surfaced during the session become clearer and easier to understand in the hours and days that follow. This is entirely normal and is part of the processing that continues after the session ends.
I also provide a brief written summary after each session, so you have a clear record of the intentions we set and the work we completed.
