This isn’t a sales call where you’ll try to convince me to buy something, right?
Correct. My goal is to help you figure out what you actually need. If you need hypnotherapy, I’ll recommend it. If you need a coach, I’ll recommend that. If you need something else entirely-or if I don’t think I’m the right fit-I’ll tell you that too. A good match is better for both of us.
What if I don’t know what I need?
That’s literally what the call is for. Most people don’t walk in knowing. You tell me what’s going on, and I’ll tell you what I think would help. That’s the whole point of talking to someone who’s done this work for years.
How long is the call, really?
Twenty minutes. Not a second more (I respect your time). That’s enough to understand what’s happening and recommend a path forward.
What if I decide I’m not ready to work together?
That’s fine. You’ll still have clarity on what you need, and you can explore it however you want. The call has value regardless.
Is this call actually free, or will there be pressure to upgrade?
It’s free, and there’s no pressure. If you want to move forward, I’ll tell you what that looks like (prices, timelines, what to expect). If you don’t, we’re done. No follow-up sales emails.
What if I’m not even sure this is what I need?
That’s actually most people at the start. You might think you need coaching but actually need to clear something first. Or vice versa. The call helps us figure it out together. Come as confused as you need to be.
Can I reschedule if something comes up?
Absolutely. Just give me notice and we’ll find another time. Life happens.

Question
Answer
Guided Hypnosis
How is this different from traditional hypnotherapy?
Traditional hypnotherapy often relies on the therapist guessing your problem and reading a generic script at you. Guided Hypnosis stops guessing. We engage your subconscious in a two-way dialogue to locate the specific root cause of your issue. We don’t assume we know the answer-we let your subconscious reveal it.
Do I have to speak while I’m in hypnosis?
Not necessarily. You can, and this often gets us clear answers quickly.
We also use Ideomotor Responses- small involuntary micromovements in your fingers (like lifting an index finger for “Yes”). This allows your subconscious to answer my questions directly without your conscious mind interfering or you having to verbalise difficult emotions. It is precise, silent, and deeply effective.
Is 3 sessions really enough?
Usually, Yes.
We are communicating directly with the subconscious via ideomotor signals, we bypass the “story” and get straight to the neurological root of the pattern.
Most clients reach a point of resolution and integration by the end of session three. I don’t believe in keeping you in therapy for months when the work can be done in weeks.
Do I need to “believe” in hypnosis for it to work?
No. In fact, sceptics often make the best clients because they are analytical. This isn’t spiritual magic; it’s a neurological process. We are simply utilising the natural “flow state” your brain enters daily (like when you drive home on autopilot) to update outdated software running in the background.
Can I do this alongside medication or other therapy?
Yes. This work complements psychiatric care and traditional talk therapy. However, we do not work with individuals suffering from active psychosis or certain severe mental health conditions. We will discuss your specific situation during your Clarity Call to ensure this is safe for you.er
What is kinesiology and why do you use it in sessions?
Kinesiology is a way for your subconscious mind to communicate with us directly – not through words, but through subtle, involuntary twitches of the muscles, often in the hand. Before we begin the hypnosis itself, we use kinesiology to check in with your subconscious: whether you are truly aligned and ready, whether there is any inner conflict or resistance that needs to be addressed first, and whether every part of you is on board with the work ahead.
This gives us a clear picture of what is actually going on beneath the surface – often before you are even consciously aware of it. Clients frequently find this the most surprising and reassuring part of the process.
Why three sessions and not just one?
The first session lays the foundation – we identify the root causes, set a clear intention, and begin the real work. But healing is rarely complete in a single sitting. The time between sessions allows your subconscious to integrate what came up and continue processing beneath the surface.
The second and third sessions allow us to confirm the changes have locked in, address anything that has surfaced, and ensure there are no remaining blockages or secondary issues. This structure is why the results tend to be lasting rather than temporary.
I’ve been told I can’t be hypnotised – can Guided Hypnosis still help me?
Almost certainly yes. People who have been told they can’t be hypnotised are often my most rewarding clients – and that’s not a coincidence. The belief itself is often the thing we work through first.
Guided Hypnosis is fundamentally different from traditional hypnotherapy. There’s no script, no induction designed for an “average” person, and no requirement for deep trance. The level of hypnosis is adapted completely to you – and we use kinesiology at the start to identify and resolve any inner resistance before we begin. If you’re willing to try, we can almost always find a way in.
What if the internet disconnects during a session?
Before we begin the hypnotic part of any session, I include a simple instruction: if you are unable to hear my voice for more than 30 seconds, you can gently emerge from hypnosis on your own – just as you would wake from a comfortable, restful nap. Once you’re back, simply check your phone and message me so we can reconnect and continue.
In practice, full disconnections are rare, and re-entering hypnosis is usually straightforward. We’ll always make sure you feel confident with this before we begin.
What if the audio quality is poor or I can’t hear you clearly?
We do a sound check at the start of every session to make sure both of us can hear clearly before anything begins. If audio quality becomes an issue mid-session, we can switch to a telephone call to continue – or in the rare worst case, reschedule at no extra cost.
During the hypnosis itself, if I can’t hear you clearly I’ll gently ask you to speak up or repeat yourself. I often repeat back what you’ve said aloud, both to confirm understanding and to ensure a clean recording.
All sessions are recorded so that I can prepare a personalised written summary and, where useful, a full transcription for you afterwards.
My Book
Is this another “innocent man fights the system” story?
No. This is about what happens after you lose that fight. It’s about discovering that liberation has nothing to do with proving your innocence and everything to do with accepting what is.
Is this inspirational fluff or honest memoir?
It’s brutally honest. You’ll read about vomit-covered cells, the smell of despair, the moment I realised I was counseling a suicidal man while struggling with my own darkness. This isn’t sanitised inspiration-it’s the raw truth of hitting bottom and what you find there.
Who is this book for?
It is for the high-performing professional standing at a crossroads. It is for the skeptic seeking meaning, and anyone rebuilding after a life-altering loss.
Public Speaking
What’s Your Speaker Fee?
Speaker fees vary based on several factors: format (keynote, breakout, workshop), audience size, event scope, travel distance, and customization level. As a general range, keynotes start at £800–£1500 for local events; breakout sessions and workshops scale from there. We also offer flexible pricing for nonprofits, emerging organizations, and community events. The best approach is to book a discovery call-we’ll discuss your budget, event scope, and work out what makes sense for both of us. Transparency and fairness matter to us.Answer
Do You Customize Your Talks?
Absolutely. Our signature topics are starting points, but customization is built into the process. During the discovery call, we’ll discuss your audience’s specific challenges, your event theme, and any particular angles you’d like to emphasize. Martin will then craft or adjust content to make sure it lands perfectly for your people. Custom content, event-specific examples, and tailored frameworks are all included in the preparation phase.
Spiritual Hypnosis
Is it safe to do this remotely?
Energy knows no distance. I have guided clients through profound cosmic journeys from thousands of miles away. As long as you have a quiet space and a stable connection, you are ready.
Will I lose control?
Never. You are not unconscious; you are super-conscious. You will be aware of the room around you and my voice at all times, yet simultaneously immersed in the journey. You can open your eyes and stop at any moment-though you likely won’t want to.
Why don’t you offer full-day sessions?
I believe the standard 6+ hour format often relies on “padding” rather than necessity.
With some modalities, practitioners are often taught to spend 3–4 hours interviewing the client before the hypnosis even begins.
I find this counterproductive for two main reasons:
It Biases the Session: If you spend hours telling me your life story, your family dynamics, and your fears before we start, I cannot help but be influenced by that. I might accidentally guide you toward those topics during the trance. You may leave the session thinking, “Did I really channel that, or did I just repeat what I told him earlier?“
Purity of Insight: I want the answers to come from your subconscious, not your conscious mind. By removing the long “talk therapy” preamble, we ensure the session is not contaminated by our earlier conversation. We go in “clean” so you know the information coming through is authentic.
I am absoloutely confident that a 3 hour session with me will give you far more insights and widsom that 8+ hours with other spiritual hypnotists.
How do I know I’m not just making it up?
This is the most common fear. The Dolores Cannon answer is “Imagination has to come from somewhere.”
My answer is focused on utility.
Whether you are seeing a literal past life or a metaphorical story constructed by your subconscious to teach you a lesson, the result is what matters.
If you have an “Aha!” moment and a physical block releases, the historical accuracy is secondary to the healing.
We focus on the value of the insight, not the verifiability.
What if I can’t visualise or I get blocked?
I specialise in working with resistance.
Many practitioners are trained to read a script; I am trained to navigate the human mind.
If you have a block, we don’t force it. We ask the subconscious why it is there.
Even if you have “Aphantasia” (no visual imagery), we can navigate the session through feelings and knowing.
However, if a trauma is too deep to face safely in that moment, I will always prioritise your wellbeing over forcing a session-even if that means stopping and issuing a refund.
Does this work effectively online?
Absolutely. In fact, it often works better because you are in your own safe, comfortable environment.
You don’t have the stress of travel or navigating a strange city.
Requirement: You simply need a space where you will not be disturbed. Some clients choose to book an Airbnb for a night or use a friend’s house to ensure total privacy and disconnection from daily duties (like childcare).
Work With Me
What is a Claarity Call?
This is a free, no-obligation conversation where we discuss your current challenges and what you hope to achieve.
It allows us to see if we are a good fit and determine which of my services-hypnotherapy, coaching or spiritual hypnosis -is the right vehicle for your rebuilding process.
I’m not sure if I need Therapy or Coaching. How do I choose?
Hypnotherapy is often best for deep-seated issues, trauma, or specific phobias you want to release.
Coaching is generally more forward-looking, focusing on strategy, mindset, and achieving specific goals.
If you aren’t sure, let’s discuss it on a Clarity Call.
Do you work with clients remotely?
Yes.
While I offer in-person options for local clients and organisations, the majority of my 1-on-1 sessions and group coaching programs are conducted online via Google Meet, allowing us to work together from anywhere in the world.

Yes, with appropriate context. I have experience in hypnotherapy and coaching around difficult life experiences, but I always ensure content is appropriate for the audience and setting.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Ideally 8–12 weeks, but I can accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability.
