Therapy is often like archaeology–digging into the past to understand and process trauma. Coaching is more like architecture–designing and building your future from where you are now. In my practice, I often use a blend: we use therapy tools to clear blocks from the past, and coaching frameworks to build the strategy for your future. If you are carrying unresolved trauma, we start with therapy; if you need a roadmap, we use coaching.
