Please read them carefully before booking or engaging in any services. By booking a session or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise:
- “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Guided Healing Limited and its practitioner, Martin Pavion
- “You”, “Your”, “Client” refers to the individual booking or receiving services
- “Services” refers to all offerings including hypnotherapy, spiritual hypnosis, NLP coaching, and mentoring
- “Session” refers to any scheduled appointment for services, whether in-person or online
- “Package” refers to multiple sessions purchased together at a discounted rate
- “Agreement” refers to these Terms and Conditions plus any supplementary agreements
- “Platform” refers to our website, booking system, and communication channels
2. Services Provided
2.1 Overview of Services
We offer the following distinct services, each with its own characteristics, purposes, and limitations:
a) Clinical Hypnotherapy
Therapeutic hypnosis for stress management, anxiety relief, emotional blocks, behavioral change, and personal development. This service is NOT medical treatment and is NOT a substitute for care from a licensed medical or mental health professional.
b) Spiritual Hypnosis
Specialized sessions including past life regression, life between lives exploration, spirit guide connection, and mediumship experiences. These practices involve metaphysical concepts and mind-body healing approaches that are not aligned with conventional medicine and are not scientifically validated.
c) NLP Coaching
Structured coaching using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques for goal achievement, performance enhancement, and personal transformation. This is professional coaching, not therapy or medical treatment.
d) Mentoring
Experience-based guidance and wisdom sharing on specific topics. Mentoring is NOT legal advice, business consulting, therapy, or guaranteed to produce specific outcomes. What worked for the mentor may not work for you.
2.2 Professional Qualifications
Martin Pavion holds the following qualifications:
- Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist
- NLP Master Practitioner
- ICF (International Coaching Federation) coaching training completed (certification pending)
- Registered with the International Hypnosis Association (IHA) for hypnotherapy and NLP
2.3 Professional Standards and Ethics
We adhere to the ethical codes and professional standards of:
- International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics
- International Hypnosis Association (IHA) Code of Ethics
2.4 Insurance
We maintain professional indemnity and liability insurance through Markel Direct, covering our scope of practice within the United Kingdom.
3. Client Eligibility and Screening
3.1 Initial Clarity Call
All new clients are offered a free 30-minute clarity call before booking paid sessions. This call serves as an initial screening to determine service suitability and address any questions.
3.2 Health Questionnaire and Waiver
After booking, you will be required to complete a comprehensive waiver form and health questionnaire. This information is essential for determining your suitability for services and ensuring your safety.
3.3 Conditions We Cannot Work With
For your safety and wellbeing, we do not provide services to individuals currently experiencing:
- Active psychosis or schizophrenia
- Severe depression requiring hospitalization
- Epilepsy (without medical clearance)
- Active suicidal ideation
- Certain personality disorders (as determined during screening)
3.4 Medical Referral Requirements
We reserve the right to request written medical referral or clearance from your doctor or mental health professional if:
- You are currently being treated for psychiatric issues
- You have recently experienced significant trauma
- Your health questionnaire raises concerns about your suitability for services
- We believe medical clearance is necessary for your safety
3.5 Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
We reserve the right to:
- Decline service to any individual if we determine services are not suitable or safe
- Contact you before your first session if concerns arise from your waiver/questionnaire
- Discontinue services at any time if concerns develop during our work together
- Refer you to appropriate medical or mental health professionals
3.6 Complementary, Not Alternative
Our services work ALONGSIDE your existing medical care, therapy, or psychiatric treatment. We do NOT replace these services. If you are currently working with healthcare professionals, we encourage you to inform them of your work with us and, with your permission, may communicate with them to ensure coordinated care.
4. Booking and Payment
4.1 Booking Process
Sessions can be booked through:

4.2 Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- All sessions require payment in advance at the time of booking
- Payment plans are not available unless specifically agreed in writing
- We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe and PayPal
- Bank transfer details are provided on request
4.3 Package Deals
We offer package deals for multiple sessions at discounted rates. Package terms:
- Non-Refundable: Package purchases are non-refundable
- Transferable Credits: If necessary, unused session credits can be transferred to alternative services or deferred for future use
- Validity Period: Package sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing
4.4 Pricing
Current pricing is displayed on our website and may be updated periodically. Any price changes will not affect sessions already booked and paid for. Package pricing remains locked at the rate paid at time of purchase.
4.5 Failed Payments
If payment fails or is declined:
- Your booking may be cancelled
- You will be notified and given the opportunity to provide alternative payment
- Sessions will not proceed until payment is received
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Notice Period: You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty.
5.1 Cancellations by Client
More than 24 Hours Notice
- No charge applied
- Full credit retained for future use (if part of a package)
- Refund processed for single session bookings (minus any payment processing fees)
Less than 24 Hours Notice
- 50% cancellation charge applied
- For package sessions: 50% of session value deducted from package credit
- For single sessions: 50% of payment forfeited, 50% refunded
No-Show (Failure to Attend)
- 50% charge applied
- Session counted as partially used
- Repeated no-shows may result in termination of service
5.2 Rescheduling by Client
- More than 24 hours notice: Free rescheduling, subject to availability
- Less than 24 hours notice: 50% charge applied, plus rescheduling fee may apply
- Rescheduled sessions must be taken within the validity period of your booking/package
5.3 Unused Sessions
- Unused sessions cannot be refunded
- Unused sessions can be deferred for up to 12 months from original booking date
- After 12 months, unused sessions expire with no refund or credit
5.4 Cancellations by Us
If we need to cancel or reschedule your session:
- We will provide as much notice as possible
- You will have priority rebooking for an alternative date/time
- No refund will be provided, but full session credit will be retained
- If we cannot accommodate rescheduling within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be offered at our discretion
5.5 Emergency Situations
In genuine emergency situations (serious illness, family bereavement, etc.), we may waive cancellation charges at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances.
6. Session Conduct and Logistics
6.1 Session Duration
- Session duration varies by service type and is specified at time of booking
- The stated duration represents the maximum time allocated
- Sessions may finish early if objectives are met or if appropriate for your wellbeing
- Sessions rarely overrun, but we may extend if necessary and you consent
6.2 Session Format
Sessions are delivered:
- Online via video conferencing (Google Meet or Zoom)
- By phone (where practical and appropriate)
- In-person (by special arrangement only)
6.3 Client Responsibilities During Sessions
You agree to:
- Be in a safe, private, and quiet environment
- Not be under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs
- Have taken any prescribed medications as directed by your doctor
- Not be driving or operating machinery
- Inform us immediately if you feel uncomfortable or wish to stop
- Disclose any changes to your health or medications since your last session
6.4 Session Recordings
- Session recordings may be offered on a discretionary basis
- You may request that sessions are NOT recorded
- Written permission is required before any recording takes place
- See Section 10 for ownership and usage rights of recordings
6.5 Post-Session Care
After sessions, particularly hypnotherapy and spiritual hypnosis sessions:
- You should not drive or operate machinery for at least 30 minutes
- Allow yourself time to integrate and process the experience
- Stay hydrated and rest if needed
- Contact us if you experience any concerning reactions
7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
7.1 Our Commitment to Confidentiality
We treat all information you share with the strictest confidence in accordance with:
- UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018
- ICF Code of Ethics
- IHA Code of Ethics
- Our Privacy Policy (available at martinpavion.com/privacy-policy)
7.2 Exceptions to Confidentiality
We may disclose information without your consent only in the following circumstances:
- Legal Requirement: Court order, subpoena, or legal obligation
- Safeguarding Concerns: Suspected abuse, neglect, or violence toward a child or elderly adult
- Risk of Harm: Imminent or likely risk of danger to yourself or others
- Illegal Activity: Prevention or detection of serious crime
7.3 Communication with Healthcare Providers
With your written permission, we may:
- Communicate with your doctor, therapist, or psychiatrist
- Share relevant information to ensure coordinated care
- Request medical clearance or referral information
We will NEVER contact your healthcare providers without your explicit permission except in emergency situations involving immediate risk of harm.
7.4 Data Protection

8. Your Rights and Responsibilities
8.1 Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Terminate sessions at any time
- Ask questions about the process, techniques, or your progress
- Request that specific techniques not be used
- Request or decline session recordings
- Access your records (subject to data protection law)
- File a complaint (see Section 13)
8.2 Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information on health questionnaires and waivers
- Informing us of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances
- Following any pre-session or post-session instructions
- Making your own decisions about your life, relationships, career, health, and wellbeing
- Seeking appropriate medical or mental health care when needed
- Payment for services as agreed
8.3 Decision-Making and Personal Responsibility
Important: While our services may support you in exploring options and gaining clarity, YOU are solely responsible for all decisions you make regarding your life. We do not make decisions for you, and we are not liable for the outcomes of decisions you make, even if those decisions are informed by insights gained during our sessions.
9. Guarantees and Results
9.1 No Guaranteed Outcomes
We do NOT guarantee specific results or outcomes from our services. The effectiveness of hypnotherapy, spiritual hypnosis, NLP coaching, and mentoring varies greatly between individuals and depends on many factors including:
- Your commitment and engagement
- Your willingness to implement changes
- Your individual circumstances and background
- External factors beyond our control
9.2 What We DO Guarantee
We guarantee that we will:
- Match your effort 100% – the more you put in, the more we commit
- Conduct sessions professionally and ethically
- Treat you with respect and dignity
- Maintain confidentiality (subject to exceptions in Section 7.2)
- Operate within our scope of practice and professional competence
9.3 Service Not Working for You
If it becomes apparent that a session or service is not working effectively for you, we may offer a full or partial refund at our sole discretion. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
9.4 Testimonials and Past Results
Any testimonials, case studies, or results shared on our website or marketing materials represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results.
10. Intellectual Property and Session Materials
10.1 Ownership of Recordings
All session recordings are the intellectual property of Guided Healing Limited. We retain ownership and copyright of:
- Audio recordings of sessions
- Video recordings of sessions
- Transcripts of sessions
10.2 Your Use of Recordings
If recordings are provided to you:
- They are for your personal use only
- You may NOT share, distribute, publish, or make available to others without our written permission
- You may NOT use recordings for commercial purposes
- Exception: You may share with your healthcare provider (doctor, therapist) with our written permission
10.3 Ownership of Materials
All materials provided to you (worksheets, exercises, handouts, resources) are the intellectual property of Guided Healing Limited. You may:
- Use them for your personal development
- Keep them for your own records
You may NOT:
- Reproduce or distribute to others
- Use for commercial purposes
- Claim authorship or ownership
10.4 Client Content
Any content you create or share during sessions (written exercises, artwork, journaling) remains your intellectual property. However, by sharing it with us, you grant us permission to:
- Use it within the context of our work together
- Retain it in your confidential client file
11. Disclaimers and Limitations
11.1 Medical Disclaimer
Critical Disclaimer:
- Our services are NOT medical treatment, psychotherapy, or mental health counseling
- We are NOT licensed medical or mental health professionals
- Our services do NOT diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition
- Our services are NOT a substitute for medical care, psychiatric treatment, or licensed mental health therapy
If you have or suspect you have a medical or mental health condition, please consult a licensed healthcare professional. Do not stop, start, or change any medication or medical treatment based on information or experiences from our sessions without consulting your doctor.
11.2 Spiritual Hypnosis Disclaimer
Specific to Spiritual Hypnosis Services:
Spiritual hypnosis (including past life regression, life between lives, spirit guide work, and mediumship) involves metaphysical concepts and beliefs that are:
- Not scientifically validated
- Not aligned with conventional medicine
- Based on subjective experiences and spiritual perspectives
- Not verifiable or provable
These experiences are deeply personal and should be understood as explorations of consciousness and belief rather than factual events. We make no claims about the objective reality of past lives, spirit guides, or mediumship communications.
11.3 NLP Coaching Disclaimer
While Martin Pavion has completed ICF coaching training, ICF certification is pending (expected completion within 3 months). Coaching services are provided in accordance with ICF ethical standards, but coaching is NOT therapy and does NOT replace mental health treatment.
11.4 Mentoring Disclaimer
Mentoring services are based on personal experience and are NOT:
- Legal advice
- Business consulting
- Financial advice
- Therapeutic intervention
- Professional advice in any regulated field
Mentoring outcomes are not guaranteed. What worked for the mentor may not work for you due to differing circumstances, contexts, and personal factors.
11.5 Emotional Responses
Hypnotherapy and spiritual hypnosis may evoke strong emotional responses, memories, or experiences. While this can be part of the therapeutic process, you acknowledge that:
- Emotional reactions are possible
- We will support you appropriately during sessions
- We may recommend additional support from licensed professionals if needed
- You are responsible for seeking appropriate follow-up care if needed
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 Liability Cap
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific session(s) giving rise to the claim.
12.2 What We Are NOT Liable For
We are not liable for:
- Indirect or Consequential Losses: Loss of income, business, profits, contracts, or opportunities
- Life Decisions: Outcomes from decisions you make (career changes, relationship decisions, financial decisions, etc.) even if informed by insights from sessions
- Third-Party Actions: Actions or decisions made by other people in your life
- Emotional Distress: Emotional responses or psychological effects, unless caused by our negligence
- Technology Failures: Issues arising from internet outages, platform failures, or technical problems beyond our control
- Failure to Achieve Specific Outcomes: Not achieving goals or desired results
12.3 What We CANNOT Exclude
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law
12.4 Professional Indemnity Insurance
We maintain professional indemnity insurance with Markel Direct covering our scope of practice within the United Kingdom. Claims covered by our insurance will be managed in accordance with our insurance policy terms.
13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
13.1 Informal Resolution

We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days and resolve issues informally wherever possible.
13.2 Formal Complaint Process
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may submit a formal written complaint including:
- Your name and contact details
- Date(s) of session(s) in question
- Detailed description of your complaint
- What outcome you are seeking
We will investigate and respond within 28 days.
13.3 Mediation
If we cannot resolve a dispute through our internal complaint process, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Mediation costs will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
13.4 Arbitration
If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be referred to arbitration rather than court proceedings. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body in England and Wales.
13.5 Professional Body Complaints
You may also lodge complaints with the professional bodies we are affiliated with:

13.6 Financial Ombudsman Service
If your complaint relates to financial matters and cannot be resolved, you may be eligible to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service. See our insurance policy documentation for eligibility criteria.
14. Termination
14.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your engagement with our services at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination:
- Unused sessions from packages can be rolled over and retained for 12 months
- Refunds are not guaranteed but may be offered at our discretion
- You remain responsible for payment of any outstanding fees
14.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate our professional relationship with you if:
- We believe our services are no longer appropriate or beneficial for you
- You breach these Terms and Conditions
- You fail to pay for services
- You behave in an abusive, threatening, or inappropriate manner
- Continuing would violate our professional ethics or legal obligations
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination by either party:
- All confidentiality obligations continue
- You retain access to any materials already provided
- We retain client records in accordance with our data retention policy
- Financial obligations must be settled
15. Technology Requirements and Technical Issues
15.1 Client Technology Requirements
For online sessions, you must have:
- Stable internet connection
- Webcam (video capability)
- Microphone and speakers or headphones
- Quiet, private space free from interruptions
15.2 Alternative Delivery Methods
Where practical and appropriate, sessions may be provided by phone if:
- You prefer phone sessions
- Technical difficulties prevent video sessions
- We mutually agree phone is suitable for your service
15.3 Technical Failures
If technology fails during a session:
- We will attempt to reconnect or continue by phone
- If continuation is not possible, we will reschedule at no additional charge
- If more than 50% of the session was completed, it may be counted as a full session
- These situations are handled case-by-case with fairness to both parties
15.4 Platform Changes
We reserve the right to change video conferencing platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, etc.) with reasonable notice. We will communicate any platform changes in advance of your scheduled session.
16. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
16.1 Updates
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect:
- Changes in our services
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Best practice updates
- Professional standards evolution
16.2 Notification of Changes
When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document
- Notify clients via email where practicable
- Post the updated Terms on our website
16.3 Your Acceptance
Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with changes, you may terminate your engagement as per Section 14.
17. General Provisions
17.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed waiver forms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Guided Healing Limited regarding our services.
17.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17.3 Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
17.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights or obligations to another qualified practitioner if necessary (e.g., in case of illness, retirement).
17.5 Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.
17.6 No Partnership
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and us.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
18.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
18.2 Jurisdiction
Subject to the arbitration provisions in Section 13.4, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions.
18.3 Choice of Courts
Where court proceedings are necessary, we retain the discretion to determine the most appropriate court venue within England and Wales, taking into account factors such as convenience, efficiency, and fairness to both parties.

- You understand the nature, purpose, and limitations of the services provided
- You accept responsibility for your own decisions and wellbeing
These Terms and Conditions were drafted to comply with UK law, consumer protection regulations, the ICF Code of Ethics, the IHA Code of Ethics, and professional indemnity insurance requirements.
