What I’ve Quietly Been Building

Table of Contents

A little while ago I posted a proper hello and explained the move to martinpavion.com. This is the other half of that conversation: what’s actually coming.

I’ve been quietly building for a long time. Some of this has been sitting in notebooks and on hard drives for literally years, waiting for the right moment to come out into the open. The new site is that moment. Here’s what’s on the way.

A fresh podcast – shorter, sharper, more useful

Some of you may remember my old show, Spiritual Healing Cloud. I had some extraordinary guests and I’m still proud of those conversations – but they were long, often over an hour, and looking back I realised I was making the wrong thing for the people I wanted to help. A podcast needs structure, and it needs content listeners can actually take away and use.

So I’ve soft-launched something new. The episodes are typically under fifteen minutes – tight, focused, and built to give you something you can act on the same day. The topics cover spiritual hypnosis, coaching, men’s issues, and a few other threads I’ll say more about very soon.

Writing, personally

Proper pieces – the kind I’ve been wanting to write for a long time. Personal, honest, and about the things that actually matter in this work: how change really happens, what hypnosis can and can’t do, what I’ve learned from the people I’ve sat with, and the occasional piece from the memoirs I’m writing.

Coaching – and why I changed my mind about it

I’ve changed my mind about coaching. Until last year I used to roll my eyes a little at the word – the market felt saturated, the bar felt low, and I wasn’t sure what coaching really offered that good therapy or good hypnosis didn’t already cover.

Then, at the end of last year, I trained as an ICF coach – and it genuinely changed my mind. ICF coaches are the real deal: the training is rigorous, the approach is evidence-based, and the framework is properly credible. I came out of it realising I can help a lot more people, in a lot more situations, than I could before. If coaching is new to you, I’ll be explaining more about what it actually is – and what it isn’t – in the coming weeks.

Courses I’ve been planning for years

Structured, self-paced, and built from the material I’ve been refining in one-to-one work for a long time. More on these soon – but I wanted you to know they’re coming.

Self-assessment tools

Thoughtful, useful ways to check in with yourself. Yes, some of them are personality quizzes – the genuinely interesting kind – but also proper self-assessments you can use, return to, and track over time. The first one is already live on the site and more are on the way.

Self-hypnosis audios – and why mine are different

This is the piece I’m most quietly proud of. I’ve built custom software specifically to produce these audios, because the off-the-shelf options didn’t let me do what I wanted. The result is something genuinely state-of-the-art – technically more sophisticated than any other self-hypnosis audio I’m aware of, and designed from the ground up to do the work properly rather than just sound nice. I’ll share more about how they’re made (and why it matters) closer to launch.

Cheat sheets, tips, and resources

Small things that are genuinely useful – downloadable, practical, and free. The kind of resource you bookmark and actually come back to.

My promise

I will only post things that are useful, genuinely interesting, or of real value. No filler, no manufactured urgency, no “just checking in” pieces that have nothing to say. If I haven’t got something worth your time, I won’t write.

That’s the shape of it. Some of this will arrive in the next few weeks, some over the next few months, and some is a longer build – but all of it is real and already underway.
