It’s spring here, finally properly spring – the sort of week where the weather makes you forgive the whole of winter in a single afternoon.
So I’m doing a bit of spring cleaning. And one of the things that’s been on my list for a while is this: properly, warmly, and honestly explaining a change I’ve been quietly working towards for some time.
Guided Healing – which was only ever about spiritual hypnosis – is becoming something bigger, and it now lives here, at martinpavion.com. Same person, same values, same care. Just more room to do the work I’ve been quietly planning for years: spiritual hypnosis, guided hypnosis, coaching, public speaking, and the memoirs I’ve been writing on the side.
If you knew me as Martin at Guided Healing, nothing has been lost. If the name Martin Pavion is new to you, it’s the same me – just finally using the full name.
Why now?
My biggest regret is going quiet for so long. There has been plenty I wanted to share, and I never quite did. That is about to change – a lot is coming. But before any of it, I wanted to do the one thing I should have done a long time ago: a proper hello.
What stays the same
The work itself. The care that goes into it. The refusal to deal in platitudes or “positive vibes only.” The conviction that real change is rarely about bouncing back to who you used to be – it’s about quietly becoming who you were always meant to be, which (fair warning) is usually a much more interesting person.
What changes
Mostly the room I now have to work in. Spiritual hypnosis is still here, but it sits alongside guided hypnosis, coaching, writing, podcast episodes, courses, and a few other things I’ll say more about over the coming weeks.
If you’d like a look at what’s coming next, I’ve written about that here. Otherwise, just have a wander around the site – there’s a lot to explore, and more arriving every few weeks.
