I’ve just finished something I’ve been wanting to do for a long time, and I can’t wait to share it with you.
Over the past several weeks, I completely rebuilt my three main services pages from the ground up – and I mean completely. This wasn’t a light touch-up or a few tweaks to the wording. I tore out the old pages entirely and started fresh, and what exists now is something I’m genuinely proud of.
Here’s what changed – and why it matters.
Coaching
The old coaching page was functional. The new one is an experience. I renamed it to reflect what the work actually is: Personalised Coaching That Starts With You. I added a whole new section explaining what ICF coaching actually means and why it matters that your coach is trained to that standard. I built out a visual walkthrough of how a session flows from beginning to end, added a section on the positive psychology framework underpinning everything, and included real stories from the session room so you can get a feel for what it’s actually like to work with me. There are now three clearly defined packages, a proper bio section, and a comprehensive FAQ. It’s everything I wished the old page had said.

Guided Hypnosis
This page has always been close to my heart, and I felt it deserved far more depth than it had. I rebuilt it with a more visual session journey, expanded my explanation of why I choose to practise guided hypnosis rather than clinical hypnotherapy in the traditional sense, and added a proper “About the Author” section for anyone who wants to know who they’d actually be working with. Pricing is now clearly laid out within the package section, and there’s a new “Stories From the Session Room” section that brings the work to life in a way the old page never did.

Spiritual Hypnosis
Of the three, this one received the most personal additions. I wrote a brand new section called A Little About My Spiritual Journey – something I’ve never really shared in this format before – and I think it gives a much clearer sense of where I’m coming from with this work. I also added a video, new session-flow visuals, a dedicated “What Every Session Includes” section, and completely new hero imagery that I feel far better represents the nature of the work. The old page did the job; this one actually invites you in.

All three old pages have been taken down. If you’ve visited any of these pages before, you’ll notice the difference immediately – but even if you’re brand new here, I hope these pages now give you everything you need to understand what I offer, how I work, and whether this might be right for you.
