Please read and sign this waiver form to confirm that you understand and agree to our terms of service.

Key Terms Summary:

Payment Terms:

  • Payment in Advance: All sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking via Stripe or PayPal.
  • Package Deals: Multi-session packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person or used for a different service within 12 months of purchase.
  • No Refunds: Once a session is booked and paid for, refunds are not available except where required by law.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the session fee.
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full session fee.
  • Practitioner Cancellations: If Guided Healing Limited needs to cancel your session, you will receive a full refund or priority rebooking at your choice.

Professional Boundaries:

  • Sessions are conducted remotely via Google Meet unless otherwise agreed.
  • You have the right to terminate services at any time.
  • Guided Healing Limited reserves the right to decline or terminate services if continuation would be inappropriate or harmful.

Limitation of Liability:

  • Guided Healing Limited’s liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the session(s) in question.
  • Guided Healing Limited is not liable for decisions you make following sessions or for any indirect, consequential, or emotional outcomes.
  • Professional indemnity insurance is maintained with Markel Direct.

Martin Pavion, in his personal capacity, assumes no personal liability for services provided. All liabilities rest with Guided Healing Limited.

2. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

Key Privacy Points:

  • Data Controller: Guided Healing Limited processes your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.
  • Data Retention: Client records (including session notes and recordings) are retained for 7 years; financial records for 6 years.
  • Your Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and to object to processing of your personal data.
  • Confidentiality Exceptions: Information may be disclosed without your consent where required by law, court order, or where there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, or suspected abuse of a child or vulnerable adult.

What These Services Are:

  • Hypnotherapy: Complementary therapeutic hypnosis for personal development, stress management, confidence building, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Coaching: Goal-setting, accountability, and personal development support using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques.
  • Spiritual Hypnosis: Exploration of consciousness, past life regression, life between lives, connection with spirit guides, and mediumship experiences for spiritual growth and self-discovery.
  • Mentoring: Experience-based guidance and advice on specific topics such as podcast creation, book writing, public speaking, and overcoming imposter syndrome.

All services are provided for educational and personal development purposes only.

Professional Qualifications:

Martin Pavion, who provides services on behalf of Guided Healing Limited, holds the following qualifications and memberships:

  • Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (International Hypnosis Association)
  • NLP Master Practitioner
  • ICF Coaching Training Completed (Certification Pending)
  • Member: International Hypnosis Association (IHA)

Martin Pavion is NOT:

  • A licensed medical doctor
  • A psychiatrist or clinical psychologist
  • A licensed psychotherapist or counsellor
  • A mental health professional

You MUST Consult Your Doctor If:

You must seek advice from a qualified medical practitioner before booking if you have, or have ever had:

  • Any psychiatric diagnosis (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, dissociative disorders, personality disorders)
  • Active depression or anxiety requiring treatment
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or Complex PTSD
  • Psychosis or hallucinations
  • Current suicidal ideation or recent suicide attempts
  • Recent hospitalization for psychiatric reasons (within 12 months)
  • Epilepsy or seizure disorders
  • Any condition requiring psychiatric medication

No Guarantees:

While many clients experience positive outcomes from these services, results are not guaranteed and will vary from person to person. Guided Healing Limited makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations about outcomes, results, or the effectiveness of services provided.

Disclosure Of Medical Details:

You must complete the hypnotherapy onboarding form accurately and in completion before we begin work.  Guided Healing reserves the right to refuse any clients before, during or between sessions for whatever reason but especially if it is determined that you may be at risk.

Emergency Situations:

If you experience a medical or psychiatric emergency, you MUST immediately contact:

  • 999 for emergency services
  • 111 for urgent NHS medical advice
  • 116 123 for Samaritans (24-hour emotional support)
  • Your GP or local mental health crisis team

Do NOT wait for a scheduled session if you are in crisis.

4. Hypnotherapy Consent

I understand that hypnotherapy involves entering a trance state, which is a deeply relaxed state of focused attention. I understand that:

  • I may experience strong emotions or physical sensations during or after sessions
  • Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment
  • I am responsible for my own wellbeing and any decisions I make following sessions

5. Session Recording & Transcription

Sessions are conducted via Google Meet and may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, professional development, and record-keeping purposes. Recordings are stored securely by Guided Healing Limited on Google Drive for 7 years in accordance with professional requirements and UK GDPR.

I consent to my session being recorded and transcribed by Guided Healing Limited. I understand I have the right to request deletion subject to legal record-keeping obligations.

6. Final Acknowledgment & Consent

By signing this document, I acknowledge and confirm my agreement with Guided Healing Limited (Company No. 11474773) as follows:

  1. I have read and understood this entire Client Waiver & Consent Form
  2. My agreement is with Guided Healing Limited, not with Martin Pavion in his personal capacity
  3. All liabilities, obligations, and responsibilities under this agreement are those of Guided Healing Limited. Martin Pavion assumes no personal liability
  4. I agree to the Terms & Conditions available at martinpavion.com/terms-and-conditions
  5. I agree to the Privacy Policy available at martinpavion.com/privacy-policy
  6. Services are NOT medical treatment and NOT a substitute for professional medical care
  7. I have honestly completed the health screening questions
  8. Results are not guaranteed; outcomes depend on my commitment and circumstances
  9. I take full responsibility for my decisions, actions, and outcomes following sessions
  10. I can terminate services at any time
  11. 24-hour cancellation notice required; 50% charge for late cancellations; full charge for no-shows
  12. I am at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter this agreement
