By applying to join the Martin Pavion affiliate programme (“the Programme”), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The Programme at a glance
- Commission rate: 25% on qualifying net sales
- Tracking cookie: 60 days, last-click attribution
- Minimum payout threshold: £25
- Payout methods: Stripe (direct to bank) or PayPal
- Payout schedule: monthly, for all approved commissions from the prior period
- Currency: GBP
2. What you can promote
The Programme covers:
- All digital products sold via martinpavion.com (Easy Digital Downloads)
- All online courses hosted on martinpavion.com (LearnDash)
The Programme does not cover:
- 1:1 hypnotherapy sessions
- LatePoint appointment bookings of any kind
- Any product or service paid for outside the martinpavion.com website
Commission will not be paid on excluded items even if they appear to have been tracked.
3. How tracking works
When a visitor clicks your unique referral link, a first-party cookie is set in their browser for 60 days. If they complete a qualifying purchase during that window – using the same browser, with cookies enabled – the sale is credited to your affiliate account. Where a visitor clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent click wins (last-click attribution).
Commission is calculated on the product subtotal, excluding shipping and VAT. Refunded, chargebacked, or fraudulent orders are automatically revoked and no commission is paid on them.
4. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.
You may promote the Programme via:
- Your own website, blog, newsletter, or email list (to your own opted-in contacts)
- Social media accounts and community channels where promotion is permitted
- Paid advertising – subject to the restrictions in section 5
Applications are reviewed before approval. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke affiliate status at our sole discretion.
5. What you must not do
To protect the Programme and its participants:
- No bidding on “Martin Pavion,” “martinpavion.com,” or variants/misspellings on Google, Bing, Meta, or any paid-ads platform
- No using “martinpavion.com” or variants as a display URL in paid ads
- No cookie stuffing, iframe stuffing, typosquatting, or misleading redirects
- No spam: no unsolicited email, forum spam, comment spam, or bulk messaging
- No promotion on sites containing adult, hateful, extremist, illegal, or infringing content
- No incentivised clicks or cashback schemes without prior written consent
- No self-referrals – you cannot earn commission on your own purchases
- No claims that imply a medical cure, diagnosis, or guaranteed outcome; all claims must match those made on martinpavion.com
Breach of these rules voids affected commissions and may result in termination.
6. Brand and content use
You may link to published martinpavion.com pages using your referral link and may use product names and a brief, accurate description taken from the public product page.
You may not:
- Copy long-form marketing copy, sales-page content, or course materials
- Publish downloaded course content (videos, audio, PDFs, meditations, workbooks) anywhere
- Use logos or brand assets you have not been explicitly given
Fan-made creatives are welcome – please keep them accurate and tasteful.
7. Payouts and minimum threshold
- Commissions are approved after the 37-day holding period (which covers the standard refund window on the underlying order)
- Balances below £25 at the end of a pay cycle roll over to the following cycle
- Payouts are sent to the payment email / Stripe account you set in your affiliate dashboard – it is your responsibility to keep these details current
- Transaction fees charged by Stripe or PayPal are borne by the recipient
- You are responsible for declaring your affiliate income to the relevant tax authority in your country
8. Term, suspension, and termination
Either party may end this agreement at any time by notifying the other. On termination:
- Approved commissions already earned will be paid at the next scheduled payout, subject to the £25 minimum
- Unapproved commissions may be forfeited if the associated orders have not cleared the refund window
- Inactive accounts with no referrals for 12 consecutive months may be closed
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active affiliates by email and will take effect 14 days after notice. Continued use of your affiliate account after that point constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Martin Pavion’s total liability to you under the Programme is limited to commissions owed and unpaid at the time of any claim. The Programme is operated “as is” with no warranty of continuity.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
